Much of stress management is good time management. Becoming organised and efficient will help reduce those panicky feelings of being unable to cope and overwhelmed by life.

Sustained, gentle aerobic exercise is both a natural solution and a powerful antidote to stress and in studies has proved more effective than tranquillisers and psychotherapy.
