10:00 Dealing with anger, anxiety and disorientation and how to manage endings:
The importance of flexibility and adaptation in coping with change. How to negotiate the ‘Radio silence’ of the neutral zone and guidelines for launching a new beginning.

10:30 Strategies for managing personal change: The 4 C’s:

  • Conflict - What’s holding you back?
  • Clarity - What do you really need to achieve?
  • Creativity - What skills and resources do you need?
