Role-play and mock interview practice
You will get the job you want by demonstrating to the interview panel that you are the best candidate in terms of Personality, skill and experience. A key phrase here is “Show don’t tell”. Let it be clear by the way you conduct yourself in the interview that you are a good communicator rather than by telling them so.
