You will learn the 7 step approach for optimising work-life balance and whilst no one is immune from the effects of stress, you will develop coping strategies to recognise and minimise its effects.

You’ll learn how to make every minute count as you maximise preparation and planning time. Focus is on personal organisation to effectively manage workload to reduce stress and increase productivity.

Communication and presentation skills
Both in group and one-to-one situations, you’ll develop active listening skills and utilise primary communication modes as well as interpreting body language to improve your ability to influence others.
